A MESSAGE FROM
PREMIER JOHN HORGAN
As Premier of the Province of British Columbia, it gives me
great pleasure to welcome everyone in attendance to the
2018 Annual General Meeting for Touchstone Family
Association.
For 35 years, Touchstone has been providing non-profit
support services to the communities of Richmond and
surrounding areas to strengthen and enhance family
relationships. The theme of this year’s annual report focuses
on those 35 years of service to the community, offering hope
and support to families through youth and outreach services,
family reunification programs, counselling, and various other
community services.
To everyone in attendance, I congratulate and commend you
for the selfless work you engage in. Your work helps change
the lives of the families and individuals you interact with,
strengthening community ties in British Columbia. I wish
you all a successful meeting!
