MINISTER OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT

I am pleased to have this opportunity to congratulate the staff,

volunteers and members of the Touchstone Family Association for
enhancing the lives of children, youth and families in Richmond,

British Columbia, for the last 31 years!

In my role as the Minister of Children and Family Development, I
recognize the significance of the services and programs you offer
to your community and the difference you make to those who may be in need of

support. The dedications and commitment of your organization and its members is to
be commended.

I would also like to extend my thanks to the many sponsors and community partners,

all of whom are critical in supporting the exceptional work of your association.

Again, I offer my congratulations on supporting children, youth and families in
Richmond and the surrounding areas. I wish you continued success moving
forward.
