Touchstone's CARF Accreditation Completed
As part of our commitment to excellence in service delivery, Touchstone Family Association participated in another successful Accreditation process with CARF (the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) in December 2020.
Unlike past surveys, Touchstone was visited “virtually” by a skilled survey team, who adapted their approach (much like everyone else during the pandemic) to complete our Digitally Enabled Site Survey seamlessly and on schedule.
The surveyors virtually interviewed staff, clients, board members, community partners and funders about our services and programming. These interviews were accompanied with a through examination of our policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Child and Youth Services CARF standards.
Touchstone is pleased to report that we were awarded another 3-year accreditation certification as a result of our survey. The surveyors highlighted the Association’s ability to adapt services during the global pandemic, continually supporting clients and the community through this unprecedented time.
Touchstone’s accreditation status will extend through January 31, 2024.
We would like to thank all those involved in our survey process. To view our final survey report, click here.
