Restorative Justice - Volunteer Translators (Mandarin and Cantonese)
The Richmond Restorative Justice Program is centred on helping victims and is aimed at holding young people accountable for their crimes. The Restorative Justice Program’s mandate is to provide an alternative approach to punishment and discipline in the traditional sense. The program seeks to bring together everyone affected by a crime or conflict with the goal of achieving a just and fair resolution for everyone involved. The Restorative Justice program relies on volunteers from the community to assist those in need of the program’s services.
We are currently recruiting for Restorative Justice Volunteer Translators assisting in translating Mandarin and Cantonese languages.
Interested in applying for this volunteer opportunity? Please complete the application form and indicate the translation skills you can bring to future Restorative Justice forums.
