“School’s Out” Leadership Skills Group

The "Schools Out" Leadership Skills group (LSG)is a 10 session group over 5 weeks in designated elementary schools and is part of the United Way School's Out initiative aimed at delivering after school programming for children in Grades 5,6 & 7.

“Future Leaders” Working in Social Services Group

The goal of the "Future Leaders" Working in Social Services Group is to empower youth and ready them for the jobs of tomorrow.

BREAKING BARRIERS Group for Teens

Teens 13-18 years learn simple, yet effective techniques to cope with stress. Over 6 weeks, teens learn about their emotions, thoughts and behaviors.

Children’s Social Skills Group

Co-led by Touchstone Counsellors, children (6-12) meet for activities and discussion over a ten week period. Activities include co-operative games, activities, arts and crafts, music, drama and stories. Children will learn friendship skills and effective ways of handling feelings in order to raise the child’s self-esteem.  

Circle of Harmony

Facilitated in Cantonese and Mandarin, this eight-week group supports parents and caregivers in building safe, respectful, and non-violent family relationships. Participants gain practical tools in emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution to strengthen connections and promote long-term family wellness.

Men Anger, And The Family

Facilitated by a male counsellor, this group meets for 8-10 weekly sessions. The sessions consist of integrated psycho-education and conversation, as well as videos and group exercises. This group is designed for men who are physically or verbally abusive to their partner and/or children. This group meets at 210 – 3031 Viking Way in Richmond.  

Summer Recreation Group

Summer Recreation Group Activities are funded through grant funding from Human Resources Development Canada.

Growing Together: Understanding Neurodiversity

A Free 8‑Week Psychoeducation Group for Cantonese & Mandarin‑Speaking Parents and Caregivers in Richmond. Growing Together is a supportive, culturally grounded psychoeducational group for parents and caregivers who identify as neurodivergent and/or are caring for a neurodivergent child or family member. The group offers practical tools, shared learning, and a compassionate space to explore neurodiversity within a culturally meaningful context.
