Touchstone Family Association is proud to be CARF International accredited since 2002, reflecting our long-standing commitment to excellence in health and human services. Accreditation is more than a credential, it represents our dedication to quality assurance, continuous improvement, and best practices in service delivery.

What is CARF? 

CARF International is an independent, non-profit accreditor that sets rigorous global standards for organizations like Touchstone, ensuring the highest levels of service quality, accountability, and innovation. Through accreditation, we demonstrate our commitment to providing the best possible support for children, youth, and families in our community.

Why is Accreditation important? 

For more than 20 years, CARF accreditation has guided our pursuit of excellence, transparency, and meaningful impact. Clients, families, funders, and community partners recognize CARF accreditation as a mark of trust and quality, ensuring that Touchstone remains accountable, effective, and responsive to the needs of those we serve. It drives us to continuously enhance our services, manage risk, and measure performance in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.

Our Committment to Excellence 

Touchstone completed our most recent CARF accreditation survey in December 2023, earning our eighth consecutive three-year accreditation award, a testament to our dedication, expertise, and lasting impact in the community. We are currently preparing for our next accreditation review, scheduled for late 2026, and remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of care while strengthening the lives of the families we serve.
