This culturally responsive group supports Asian men in exploring the emotions and experiences that underlie anger and conflict in relationships. The program provides a respectful and confidential space for participants to reflect on how cultural values, stress, and personal history influence emotional responses and communication patterns.
Through guided discussions, skill-building activities, and culturally attuned facilitation in Mandarin or Cantonese, participants strengthen their ability to recognize emotional triggers, regulate reactions, and engage in healthy, non-violent communication. The goal is to promote greater self-awareness, accountability, and relational harmony, both within the family and the broader community. This six-session group meets at 210 – 3031 Viking Way in Richmond
