Touchstone’s Supervised Access Program supports Richmond families involved with the Ministry of Children and Family Development. The program provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children who have been separated from their parents and/or extended family members to maintain meaningful contact.
Visits take place under the guidance of a Family Support Worker and may occur in a variety of settings, including in-office, community-based, in-home, or virtual environments. Transportation and flexible scheduling options are available to meet the needs of parents, caregivers, and foster placements.
Through supervised visitation, the program aims to support family connection and reunification while prioritizing the safety and well-being of children.
