Our programs encompasses a range of initiatives aimed at nurturing children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development during the foundational years ages 0 to 6. 

 

Community Action for Prenatal and Child Health Program (CAPCHP)

The Community Action for Prenatal and Child Health Program (CAPCHPHP) provides a supportive environment for families to build meaningful connections. The program aims to promote the health and well-being of young children (ages 0–6) and their parents and caregivers.

Richmond Early Years Outreach Program

Our support and services are focussed on establishing connections and providing information and resources to encourage children's development. We support families with children 0-6 years old that are living in Richmond.

Pathways Early Years Intervention Program

Pathways is an early childhood intervention program providing multi-disciplinary service to support families with children ages 0 – 6 to improve overall wellness for the child(ren) and their family.
