Touchstone offers the opportunity to play an active role in supporting children, youth, and families in our community through membership.
For a nominal annual fee, members receive benefits such as access to select programs and the opportunity to participate and vote at our Annual General Meeting, helping to guide the direction and governance of the Association. Membership plays a vital role in strengthening Touchstone as a non-profit organization. In British Columbia, non-profits are governed by the Societies Act, which requires a membership base to ensure accountability and community oversight. Members help shape the organization, ensuring Touchstone remains aligned with its mission and the needs of the community.
By becoming a member, you contribute to the sustainability and integrity of Touchstone. Your involvement supports strong governance, reinforces community voice, and helps ensure that our programs continue to grow and respond to those we serve. More importantly, membership is a meaningful way to invest in building healthy, connected communities. It reflects a shared commitment to supporting families, strengthening relationships, and creating positive outcomes for children, youth and families.
