A Free 8‑Week Psychoeducation Group for Cantonese & Mandarin‑Speaking Parents and Caregivers in Richmond

 

Growing Together is a supportive, culturally grounded psychoeducational group for parents and caregivers who identify as neurodivergent and/or are caring for a neurodivergent child or family member. The group offers practical tools, shared learning, and a compassionate space to explore neurodiversity within a culturally meaningful context.

What We Explore Together

  • Foundational understanding of neurodiversity
    (including FASD, Autism, ADHD)
  • Brain development and communication differences
  • Emotional regulation and strengthening parent–child connection
  • Cultural influences on parenting and neurodiversity
  • Strength‑based parenting and self‑compassion
