Touchstone is a non-profit community based social service agency. We have been providing services to Richmond and nearby areas since 1983.

Our services have primarily focused on preserving and enhancing family relationships. Through qualified staff, we offer a wide variety of professional services to the community.

Ian Chian, Treasurer

Ian Ian has been working with volunteers for over 9 years and is currently the Regional Coordinator for Volunteer Services at the BC Cancer Agency’s Vancouver Centre.

Ian began his career at The Salvation Army, where he worked with programs supporting low income families. Since then, he has coordinated volunteers for various organizations including Richmond’s 2010 Olympic Celebration Site, The Richmond Christmas Fund and Vancouver Coastal Health. His expertise is around developing new volunteer roles, utilizing volunteer databases for streamlining volunteer management and communication.

In his spare time, Ian is typically planning his next Disney vacation.
