Touchstone is a non-profit community based social service agency. We have been providing services to Richmond and nearby areas since 1983.

Our services have primarily focused on preserving and enhancing family relationships. Through qualified staff, we offer a wide variety of professional services to the community.

Doug Starr, Director

Doug Doug is currently the Director of Labour Relations for the BC Emergency Health Services. Prior to his current role Doug spent 12 years working for the Community Social Services Employers' Association (CSSEA). During his time at CSSEA he provided Human Resources & Labour Relations consulting services to many agencies operating in social services, including Touchstone Family Association.
